HISTORY:

HORN OF VALERE was manifested during 2003 under the formative title of BASILISKK, counting a line-up of Battle Tyrant on bass and vocals, Kinslayer and Iniquity on guitars and Nemesis on drums. In this guise the band recorded the demo 'Obligatory Relinquishment (Of The Ceremonial Dagger)' early in January of 2004. However, a line-up change then saw Christraper of ESURIEM and SORCERY usurping Battle Tyrant. With this change the group evolved into HORN OF VALERE, the revised title taken from the Wheel of Time fantasy series by Robert Jordan, and re-debuted with the demo 'Blood of the Heathen Ancients'.
